Update: If you having trouble downloading images with your cell phone. Apparently its a bug. Here is a work around, "Work around - in Safari and Chrome mobile settings, turn off the option to ‘prevent cross site tracking’. It appears the cross site tracking and custom domains is the trigger here. Once the ‘cross site tracking’ was allowed, the download password worked with success." On your Android device, open the Chrome app . To the right of the address bar, tap More. Settings. Tap Privacy and security. Tap Do Not Track. Turn the setting on or off.
