When was a young adult I was given a camera and haven’t put it down since. I loved helping people capture their life’s moments. In college I continued to learn and grow as a sports photographer, and continued as my family grew and my children played sports. Over time many people asked me to take pictures of their athletes, team sports, and a variety of other events. I was asked to photography weddings and I found my new love. My business has blossomed from sports to weddings, and new surprises such as website images for Sweet Kneads Bakery, Special Olympics Polar Plunge, Equine, Motorsports, and Real Estate.
I love what I do, meeting new people, taking photographs and helping people capture their memories. I live in Farmington, Minnesota and have access to countless locations and will travel for that special photo. I have studio space in my home with many props and backgrounds to add to your unique style. I also travel to you with backgrounds for use in sports, dance, team, and group photos. I am continuously adding to my inventory to give you a variety to choose from. I find its easier for most of my clients to have me come to them, if I can do anything to make it more convenient for you I do my very best.
A little about me, I love life and try to approach each new day as a blessing and an opportunity to experience something new, make a new friend, and help someone have a better day. I’m married, with three grown children that have just recently all flown the coop. We have our grumble of pugs, and are adjusting to the empty nest. My goals consist of continuing to improve my craft, keep up with current trends, and take care of you!.
I love witnessing the love and emotion of the day. Being present to capture the special moments that most don’t get to see. I also enjoy putting on my ‘wedding planner’ hat to help take the pressure off and get my clients to relax and Be in the MOMENT. I love couples who put family first and I truly love what I do.
